One segment will be between 40-50MB for the MPEG version, while the lowest quality WMV will be just 15MB or less.

Extra features on the site include the ability to rate each update. The best ones will be pushed up into the top ten, and the best three will be displayed on the main page. This is a great way to push the best content up to the top so everybody gets to it first.
